MAMMA CORE METHOD

1. 50/50 donkey kicks & dirty dogs

2. 50/50 donkey kicks & dirty dogs

3. glute bridge kick, kick

4. 2 crunches & 2 sit-ups

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT #1

1. squat + lateral leg raise

2. hinged reverse lunge 50/50

3. halo + chop 50/50 and push-ups

4. bent-over rows narrow 50/50 wide

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT #2

1. 2 lateral squat walk + 1 reverse lunge

2. push-up & wrap around booty tap + stiff leg kick, kick

3. single leg kickstand deadlift 50/50

4. plie' squat + rotate lunge + repeat
