Perfecting Posture

Perfecting our posture is about more than just looking good and exuding a confident demeanor. Working on our posture is important for helping our core function properly. Proper alignment has an impact on correcting an unfortunate issue the majority of moms face. Abs separation. Many new mammas don't even know they're struggling with it. Diastasis recti is the term used in the medical community. It can cause our back to ache and our belly to bulge. Proper posture helps initiate the healing process and draw everything back in line the way we want it. Proper posture, deep diaphragmatic breathing, and pelvic floor lifts are a great place to start when we want to help our bodies back for aesthetics and functionality.
