6 Week Challenge Starts September 6, 2020


This challenge will help you build LASTING healthy habits for exercise and nutrition. 

-Note: Current paying Gold Members will get this for free. But everyone must sign up for our challenge Private Facebook Group to participate.

-6 Weeks of (Video On Demand) Scheduled Coached Workouts + Periodic LIVE Classes

-Sessions are led by international TV host and women's fitness specialist, Anna Kooiman

-Workout Time: 30 minutes or less

-Classes are for ALL WOMEN! (breakdowns given for prenatal, postnatal, beginner,  & experienced)

-Classes Include (Toned in 25, Kooiman Kardio, Posture Foundations, Upper Body Foundations, Lower Body Foundations, 4 Minutes of Fire, Dynamic Stretch, Static Stretch, Pelvic Floor & Core)

-TECH: Stream Classes to Smart TV (screen mirroring or airplay), or View on Computer, Tablet, or Smart Phone

-Optional Equipment: Light & medium dumbbells, theraband or resistance band, loop band (booty band), low step or bench, yoga mat.
