Take the low impact version or high impact versions of the exercises Anna demonstrates. If something ever feels like it's too much. Simply march in place and pick up with the next exercise. Classes are about 30 minutes. Engaging in a full warm-up and cool down from the members only section located on this site is recommended. This makes the total work-out time between 30-40 minutes.
