High to Low Impact
Ladies, we know there are days when you don't want to be jumping and bouncing around. Are you coming back from an injury? Getting your groove back after having a baby? Is it that time of the month and you are feeling bloated? Are you simply tired and not feelin' it today? There are a lot of reasons we may not want to be doing high impact exercises. Strong Sexy Mammas advocates listening to your body and giving it what it needs. In these videos you will find some options for swapping out high impact for low impact exercises (or vice versa). These will be helpful if you are someone who is into taking group exercise classes at the gym or if you're taking online classes with me. As always, you can always take exercises down a notch by simply marching in place and picking up with the class again once their movin' and groovin' in a way that suites your needs.
